ZillowVERIFIED Responsive, knowledgeable, punctual, efficient. Iris does great work. I was determined to find a property to acquire and move into. She helped filter criteria and put me on searches. Once I found a place, she moved quick to help give me info about it, comparables, analysis, insight etc. I had told her my investment goals and she tailored her work to it. Everything went smooth and expedited, she did everything the modern way, edocuments, just efficient work. I found a place early April, within 30 days we closed just as anticipated. If you know what you want she is excellent, if you dont, shell guide and answer things and push you along lol. Overall great realtor.

I know its easy to assume you can pull off a FSBO, and we considered that, but we would have been completely lost had we not called Troy.Given his success in the space, I almost assumed Troy would be short and inaccessible. This proved to be entirely untrue. He answered all of our questions in great detail and sold our home in 6 hours. (Pictures matter:)Troy is a consummate professional. Again, I was hesitant to use a realtor. But to have your house sold in 6 hours without the slightest bit of work, its worth it.

ZillowVERIFIED Wow, where to start, Will was great!!!! My fiancA(C) and I stumbled across Will when he showed us a home. Will was knowledable, friendly, and patient with all of our repetative questions. Whenever we asked to look at a home at a certain time, he always made it happen. Will showed us countless homes and spent so much time with us. He was so professional and kind throughout the process.We ended up not buying a home with a realtor because it was more cost efficient for us. That being said, even after he learned that we may not use him as realtor he offered to help us if we had questions.
