ZillowVERIFIED We were assigned to Omaha as a military family and in doing so wanted to purchase a new home. We did a lot of research and interviewed several real estate agents. Tim was the perfect agent for us. He was always instantly available via phone at any time of day, which was very important to us. We started the process by sending him several homes we were interested in. Tim took us around to a dozen or so houses, working around our schedule into the evening. He never seemed bothered by our request to see another house on the other side of town or to answer questions about the area. Once we found a great house for us Tim was fantastic at handling everything. When we had trouble with our mortgage lender he put us in touch with one of his associates who was able to get past the hurdles. Tim arranged all the venders and inspectors and we didn't have to handling's any of the legwork at all. When we wanted to pick and use our own home inspector we got absolutely no push back from Tim at all. Tim was very mindful of COVID safety measures and restrictions, was always wearing a mask and made us feel safe through the entire process. The entire process went incredibly smoothly and we were able to close and move in without any real issues. We would use Tim again and an instant and would recommend him to our family and friends. We are already asking him to keep an eye out for additional investment properties for us.
