ZillowVERIFIED I've known Chris since we were in grade school in Omaha together, so when it came time to move back to Omaha with my husband, there was only one guy I knew who could get the job done. And like so many times in my life, he didn't let me down! We had made a list of 10 houses we had seen online that we wanted to check out. He came up with his own list and after just a few short minutes in his office we were on the road. Within just an hour of starting we had visited 6 houses, none of which were on our list. By the end of the day we had narrowed it down to the final 3. The second day we were back at the final 3, and we had made our final selection. From the first day we started our hunt to the day our offer was accepted, the whole process had only taken 3 days, a lot shorter than we expected! Thanks again, Chris! Ya came through again!

I am a person who asks a lot of questions in order to make sure I understand everything that is going on with such a major life event. I wanted to make sure I had knowledge of the selling process. From our first meeting, Chris was able to give me a good idea of the process we would be going through. He pointed out important things to fix with the house, but also made sure I did not invest money that wouldn't make a difference.
