ZillowVERIFIEDI've worked with Shelli and her teams for a number of years on two transactions. She's and her team are the best!! They made both processes simple and easy; and they were communicative and informative along the way. In my years purchasing homes and investment properties, I can easily say Shelli and her team are some of the best in the business. They will not disappoint!

ZillowVERIFIED Shelli is incredibly knowledgeable about homes in Omaha, both on the public and private market. She worked with us, and when we had to pivot when an inspection went poorly, she supported us and had the knowledge of how to move forward.

ZillowVERIFIED Shelli was a crucial asset with helping us sell our home in Omaha in order to purchase and move to Oregon. Shelli and her office was extremely responsive and provided concrete information after doing extensive research in our home and area. We felt she represented us and our home in the best way possible and she was able to help us meet our limited timeline in terms of selling. We could not have done this without her and truly appreciate her expertise!

ZillowVERIFIED did a good job to helping buy and sell several homes. Took care of all the details and didnt have to worry about anything. From staging the home, taking pictures and having people there for inspections or best paths forwards in the crazy market of buying and selling houses always had good insights and very helpful.

ZillowVERIFIED We moved from Florida to Omaha and it is not easy moving across the country. Thankfully Shelli worked with us virtually so that we could actually make an offer unseen (we did see it a couple weeks later). I was nervous about buying it virtually but the whole process so easy and clean.

ZillowVERIFIED We had an awesome experience with this realtor! Sold our home within 30 hours after listing with only 5 showing and for more than the asking price! We moved over 10 times with my career and this was the fastest sale we have ever experienced. From market analysis, establishing a listing price, furniture staging & closing the process was impeccable. I'd highly recommend this agent if you are considering listing anytime soon.

ZillowVERIFIED Shelli was excellent to work with! Everything went seamlessly with both the sale and purchase of our house. She sold our house on the first day for above asking price. We also were able to purchase the house we wanted on day 1. Moving with 3 small kids is already stressful enough and Shelli made it easy and as stressful as possible for us. She knows her stuff and I would highly recommend her to any families looking to buy or sell their house.

ZillowVERIFIED Shelli did an exceptional job of helping my daughter and I as we looked for a new home for her in Omaha. Since she did not live here yet, Shelli communicated clearly to my daughter and I and helped negotiate well the items to be left or possibly purchased from the seller. Shelli was also proactive at getting things in order for a closing that had unexpected date and location changes. Shelli made this experience less stressful with our level of trust we had in her. She is professional, a good listener, caring and honest.

ZillowVERIFIED Worked with Shelli to buy our first home in Omaha. She was great to work with. Took us to around 10 homes, very patient, knowledgeable and straight up/honest. Helped us to close very quickly once we found the right home and then was great over the following 3 or 4 weeks until we moved in. Would definitely recommend/use again. Thanks Shelli.

ZillowVERIFIED To say we had expert advise, exemplary service along with quick response to questions and concerns is an understatement! From start to finish we had the best experience of buying our home. Tight schedule, tricky timing, short notice adjustments, all handled by experts in their field. Not sure any other home purchases will be in our future, but we recommend the Klemke Team to everyone we know.
