ZillowVERIFIED Amanda is the realtor you want to sell your home!! I found her through reviews stating her as the best realtor in Omaha, and those reviews were spot on! She immediately responds when you have questions, she is kind, professional, very knowledgeable and she was very strategic in listing our home. We had seen some homes sit on the market for months and were so concerned. AND THEN SHE GOT OUR HOME SOLD IN A DAY! She made the whole process so incredibly easy for us from start to finish, I truly cannot recommend her enough!!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Amanda was truly one of the best decisions we made during our home-buying journey. We were relocating from out of state, which could have easily been overwhelming, but Amanda made the entire process feel smooth and manageable from start to finish. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident every step of the way, whether that meant scheduling virtual tours, answering our questions quickly, or giving us honest insights about neighborhoods we werent familiar with. Even from a distance, we always felt like we had someone we could completely trust on the ground. What really stood out was how genuinely invested she was in helping us find the right home, not just any home. She was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive, and she advocated for us throughout the entire process. Thanks to Amanda, what could have been a stressful long-distance move turned into an exciting and positive experience. We absolutely love our new home and couldnt have done it without her. I would recommend her to anyone, especially if youre moving from out of state!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Amanda has been an absolutely fantastic experience for our home sale in Papillion! We listed with another agent before Amanda, and we did not at all receive the diligent work that Amanda has done for the sale of our property. Her deep understanding of the local market and the marketing strategies utilized, from listing services to open houses to social media, gave us incredible confidence in our home pricing and sale plan. Communication with Amanda has always been a breeze; She is incredibly responsive, has kept us informed at every step, and patiently answers all our questions. Her always positive attitude made the home selling process feel smooth and exciting. We wholeheartedly recommend Amanda and the Briley Team for anyone needing a dedicated, knowledgeable, and supportive realtor!

She crawled under decks check on ever nut and cranny. She went above her duties. When it was time to sell, she is the only person I trust. Once again she was always there when I needed her. Day and night to answer questions. Sometimes when my anxiety kicked in she answered them twice lol. She is simply great. She shows a great since of integrity. I wish she was in Arizona to help me buy my next home.

ZillowVERIFIED I am a return client. I first met Amanda when I was purchasing my townhome 10 years ago. I described what I was looking for and where and she found it. For the past 10 years, Amanda has kept in touch leaving little trinkets on my porch for various holidays as well as sending me cards. During this time, I have referred her numerous times, and two of the however many have worked with her to experience the same satisfactory service. I have loved my townhome, but life is ever-changing and when I decided to begin the next chapter of my life I once again went back to Amanda. She made time for me when needed and completely calmed me down when experiencing the worst possible situation. She held steady and we found a buyer. She continued to fight on my behalf to get the best possible offer. I will continue to refer to her every chance I get. When or if the time comes for me to buy again, she will be the first call I make. Thanks, Amanda!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Amanda has been such a pleasure to work with on finding our new home in Omaha. She came highly referred by an out-of-state realtor friend and I am so happy she put us in contact with her. The whole process has been extremely efficient and Amanda is well connected to the Omaha network, which makes finding vendors or negotiating with other sellers extremely easy. We went into a few open homes and mentioned Amanda's name and everyone immediately knew who she was. When we found our perfect house, she negotiated on our behalf to make sure we got the offer we wanted without compromising some key areas we had concerns about. Throughout the closing process she was on our team, responsive, and celebrated every milestone along the way. Highly recommend her if you're looking for your next home or are trying to sell. She is extremely kind, flexible, and will work with you to ensure you're taken care of! Thank you for everything, Amanda!

ZillowVERIFIED I can't express enough how lucky we were to have Amanda as our realtor for both the purchase and sale of our home. To say that Amanda is an awesome realtor is a massive understatement! When we relocated to Omaha for work and had limited knowledge about the area, Amanda took the time to truly understand our needs and preferences. She didn't just find us a house; she helped us find our perfect home. Her expertise and dedication were evident every step of the way, making our move to Omaha a smooth and enjoyable experience. Fast forward a few years, when it was time for us to sell and move again, there was no doubt in our minds about who to turn to. Amanda once again exceeded our expectations. Her professionalism and attention to detail ensured that the selling process was stress-free, and we achieved a great outcome. Our only regret is that we couldn't have Amanda as our realtor when we moved back to Texas! She sets the bar incredibly high, and her commitment to her clients is unparalleled. If you're looking for a realtor who listens, understands, and goes above and beyond, look no further than Amanda. We can't thank her enough for her outstanding service and guidance. Amanda, you're not just a realtor; you're a true real estate partner who makes dreams come true. Thank you for everything!

ZillowVERIFIED We have used Amanda twice, in 2018 and 2021. She is very friendly and helpful and responds quickly to questions and requests to view homes. We bought our first townhome with her, then sold our town home and bought another one. We needed a townhome that would allow fences and she found us one that was perfect. We were very thankful and so were our two dogs.
