Matt Menard

Matt is the co-founder/broker/owner of Austin Real Estate Experts. A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin in 1987, he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a minor in Business Administration. He earned his real estate license as a college freshman in 1983, his broker's license in 1985, and taught real estate classes professionally at age 23. Matt was the #1 ranked agent in the state of Texas for 2019, and #2 ranked in the US for closed transcations in 2019. A second generation realtor, Matt literally grew up in the real estate industry in a household with two active Texas realtors. In his 28 plus years of real estate industry experience, he has helped thousands of satisfied homeowners. Matt has been recognized six years in a row as a Five Star Professional Realtor, based on production and customer satisfaction, designated a Platinum Top 50 agent in Austin, and is well inside the top 1% of the nation's top producing residential agents based on production and customer satisfaction ratings. In addition to brokerage real estate, Matt's industry experience includes mortgage lending and new homes and sales management.
