ZillowVERIFIED We really lucked out when we found Amy. She responded superquickly to our first message, which actually left us a bit skeptical. No one's THAT quick... and if they are the first time, it won't last. We were wrong. She was with us every step of the way, even when we had randomly-timed questions (and in the midst of a pandemic, to boot) or dumb newbie questions about the buying process. She knew the neighborhoods, steered us to what we were looking for but really didn't push at all -- in fact, she seemed way more interested in our reactions and learning more about how she could help us. Her recommendations for the offers we put in ended up being spot on and really smart, and when we ran into a frustrating run of house rejections (none of which were her fault -- we couldn't agree on a leaseback date for one of them, for example) and were about to give up on buying a house altogether, she held our hand and reassured us and even offered to help us find a rental if we really did decide to give up. We've now been living in our new house for almost a month now and we couldn't be happier... except now we miss hearing from Amy on a daily basis!

Houses worth buying go under contract in less than a day, and always with multiple offers. She was always at the ready and blocked her calendar to show us houses. Our search led us to different areas of town and we we're consistently impressed with Amy's insights and perspective.Amy was very deliberate and quick in pulling together offers. She more than earned her commission with a polished, professional approach. We discussed comp values which are not easy to find in my neighborhood, agreed to a timeline which was sensitive due to tenants currently occupying the property, and were under contract within 10 days! Amy navigated appt scheduling with my tenants whom were actively packing/moving during this time. The potential buyers were first time homeowners whom were incredibly analytical. I've no doubt Amy shielded me from many conversations is no doubt not be interested in being a part of. The closing could have been complicated due to the Trust the home was held within however Amy, her team, and Austin title navigated the process with ease.
