My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Aubrey to find our dream home in Austin, TX. Because we were located elsewhere, we had to fly to Austin to view homes but since Aubrey is so connected and works quickly, we only needed to fly out twice to see properties within before putting in an offer. Within the short span of 2 months, Aubrey was able to understand our vision, identify multiple beautiful properties for us to review, quickly put in an offer on our dream home and within only 2 days, secure an accepted offer and contract. Further, during the closing period, her and her team were incredibly helpful - offering support beyond that of contracts and finances - and still to this day lend their services to help us swiftly transition into our new home. Only 2 weeks after closing, we've happily begun creating a life here in Austin in the house we could only dream of, all thanks to Aubrey. Aubrey went above and beyond to help us find the right home. From the highly informational videos on Youtube, we were able to narrow down our search and choose the community that fit our lifestyle. We then followed up with phone calls, showings and finally, an accepted offer on the first home. She also referred us to a great lender who was able to free up their schedule on a weekend, last minute, and preapprove us for the home prior to our offer. As we were out of town during the final stages of closing, Aubrey also did the pre-walk with the construction manager and final walk to verify items were completed. All around a great experience and would recommend Aubrey and her team to anyone who is in the market for real estate.
