ZillowVERIFIED Jordan helped us list our rental property for sale. The process could not have gone better. He came by to assess the house and was very knowledgeable, told me the few things I would need to do before listing that was required by the city. Explained to me what the process would look like and time frame expected for it to sell. Being a rental property we had two units and tenants occupying them. He set up calls with them to explain things and field any questions they had which I really appreciated. He had a open house coordinated through the tenants and within 2 weeks of listing the property was sold. From start to finish he was very responsive and a pleasure to work with, if we had to do it again we would definitely have Jordan as our realtor again and highly recommend him!
