ZillowVERIFIEDIf you want to sell your house, and do so with confidence, call Adam Walker. As an Austin native, he knows the ins and out of the local market and has a vast network of personal/professional contacts to ensure the entire process goes as smoothly as possible. Adam and his team walked into our home of 20 years and knew exactly what needed to be done to attract the right buyer, including showcasing the magic of our neighborhood and not just the house itself. My wife and I were very impressed with their extensive and creative marketing efforts, and when it came time to negotiate the actual sale, he certainly knew what he was doing. Walker Residential Group is the best Austin has to offer.

ZillowVERIFIED First, just let me say that Adam and Candace are amazing!!! Professional and fun, knowledgeable and so easy to work with!!! We have bought and sold 3 houses, so far, with this team and will continue to use them for all our real estate needs. They make the process easy and seamless. Adam was so patient as we looked at so many houses!!! He knows I'm picky and never rushed me into anything, answered all my questions and kept at the hunt even when I was ready to give up. Candace is a dream to work with! She is responsive and friendly and really knows her stuff. She was also so patient with my multitude of questions and was quick to respond and explain everything to me. BEST TEAM EVER!!! Thanks to you all!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Adam Walker as our real estate agent when we were planning to move to Austin. From the very beginning, Adam was extremely knowledgeable about the local market, and demonstrated a deep understanding of the hidden costs and problems that can arise in the area (especially southern and central Austin). His expertise and insights were invaluable to us, even though in the end, we decided not to move for the time-being. Over the course of three weeks, Adam showed us dozens of homes, and he was always prepared with small anecdotes and interesting stories about the local history and businesses. He was able to provide us with insights and information that we would not have been able to find on our own. In addition to his local knowledge, Adam was also able to identify potential problems with homes and neighborhoods. For example, he pointed out that the garages in a particular neighborhood were longer than usual and, due to their layout, could be changed turned into a utility room or pantry. He understood what made homes energy efficient, prone to flooding, etc. His attention to detail and his ability to identify potential issues would certainly have saved us time and money. Overall, we had a fantastic experience working with Adam, and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Austin area. Thank you, Adam, for all of your hard work!

ZillowVERIFIED This is the second time we've worked with Adam and his team. I'd highly suggest it to anyone looking to make moves in Austin. This go around we sold and bought a new build. There are so many moving parts in prepping a house to sell to get top dollar and simultaneously ensuring a new house is on track - this team supports through it all. They are knowledgeable beyond the basics and are patient in answering questions that inevitably come up. We ended up getting well over asking and we are living our dream in the new house. Adam has never met a stranger and as a born and raised Austinite it truly feels like a cheat code to have him on your team in the Austin area.

ZillowVERIFIED Adam, Candace, and the entire team did a fantastic job laying the foundation for a successful sale of our home. From the moment we met at the property to discuss our expectations and the process ahead, I felt comfortable and confident in their ability to execute. Realty Austin has a tremendous amount of resources at their disposal, and I was impressed at the amount of market exposure we received in a very short period of time. We sold quickly, met our desired price point, and it was an overall enjoyable experience.

ZillowVERIFIED I had a perfect experience with Adam and Candance Walker. They both worked non-stop to help me find the perfect house in 78704. I called them at all hours of the day and they were always responsive. The Walkers are Austin locals so brought a lot of historical knowledge to the table and made the experience fun. I will definitely be using them in the future and you would be silly not to, too!

ZillowVERIFIED Adam knows Austin like the back of his hand. I would send him an address and he knew all the neighborhoods, their pros/cons and quirks. He knows where the trains go through, where the bad neighborhoods are. He saved me a ton of time and frustration with that knowledge. He really looks out for your best interest as a client, has excellent ideas and contacts for property improvements. His wife Candace is also a realtor helps guide the whole process and does all the documents for closing etc. So you basically get 2 for 1 and it's super efficient.

ZillowVERIFIED This is my 7th transaction with Adam. He is a true professional in every respect. I cant imagine ever using anyone else. This property needed a lot of work to make ready for listing. Adam and his team found and coordinated slab repair which created some flooring issues. His team found contractors who could get right on my needed repairs and new flooring, paint, and punch list. This market is so hot it is not easy to find available contractors, yet his team took care of all those details. Very grateful for being able to find this level of service in this environment.

ZillowVERIFIED Adam was fantastic! He made the experience of buying my first home a very smooth and easy process! He made me feel like I was his only client - responding quickly and professionally to questions, showing me many different homes each week, and sharing honest feedback about each place along the way!Adams knowledge about the Austin area was invaluable and helped us land the perfect house and neighborhood that met all of our specific needs. Our house had some additional complications that required an extended close period. Adam negotiated all of it gracefully and always made sure I was fully on board before taking any actions.Being new to Austin, I was also grateful that Adam shared references for contractors to finish up the repairs we needed to do after closing. It saved us from the headache of trying to find trustworthy contractors in a new city, let alone how much money it saved me!I am so happy that my path crossed with Adams and we were able to work together to find my new home! I look forward to working with him again (after I enjoy my new home awhile!) and will definitely be recommending him to others in the meanwhile!

ZillowVERIFIED Adam was great. The Austin market was very frustrating with such a hot sellers market, but in the end he was able to negotiate me a great home at such a great price. He was very responsive and very good at keeping me up to speed on things to look out for when buying a home, especially as a first time home buyer. He gave really good recommendations on different types of remodels that were possible. He also has a really good set of connections, many of which his recommendations saved me tons of money in the end. Adam was very professional and he also had a very personable aspect to his personality. Him being from Austin also helped and he really guided me in where and how to buy! Overall a great realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Adam Walker exceeded all of my expectations. As a first time homebuyer, I was not familiar with the terminology or all the details involved. Right away Adam was incredibly friendly and took time to sit down with me to determine what would be a good fit. He even recommended a lending agent in the area, which I ended up using and greatly appreciated.Adam was willing to meet late in the evenings to discuss any concerns and put together the offer letter within a couple days of our first meeting. He was very helpful in explaining the entire process and really relieved my stress level even though I was on a very tight timeframe. I truly believe his expertise helped tremendously in my offer getting accepted, and made it such a seamless process. I highly recommend Adam to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED My mother and I had a great experience working with Adam and his team to sell her house. He does not have one model for selling a house that he tries to fit everyone into. Instead, he listened to us, took into account our circumstances and the unique characteristics of my mother's house, and advised us on how to get the most bang-for-the buck in pre-listing repairs and improvements. We used several contractors that he recommended and were happy with all of them. He gave a lot of thought to the marketing and pricing of the house, and we accepted an offer within five days of the listing, which is perfect (getting too many early offers is a sign that the property was underpriced). I also interacted with other members of Adam's team (Kattie, Candace, and Lee), and they were all terrific. I highly recommend Adam and his team.

ZillowVERIFIED Adam and the Walker Elite real estate team were great! Adam's photographer made my place look amazing in the photos and I am sure it helped to drive a lot of extra traffic. The addition of Zillow to the marketing of my house provided a nice daily dashboard to see how much virtual traffic I was getting. I listed on a Thursday night and had multiple offers by Sunday. I suggest you take a look at both Adam and Zillow when selling (or buying)!

ZillowVERIFIED Adam has helped us find both of our homes, the first a short sale, and the second a foreclosure in the neighborhood we desired. Both of those transactions can be tricky and add extra steps to the process, all of which Adam knew how to handle like a pro. His knowledge of the area is amazing and he watched the prices of those homes fall into our range and called us immediately so we could make an offer. Great to work with him and his team!
