ZillowVERIFIED I cannot be happier with Dillar - met a few agents and Dillar stands out in many ways. The multifamily rental market is tough, however, with Dillar's network, professionalism, and teamwork, we are expecting a nice neighbor. Look forward to future collaboration.

ZillowVERIFIED Dillar stuck with me for several years as I hemmed and hawed over when, where, and what to buy. When I was finally ready to pull the trigger, she was in my corner, and my purchase proceeded without a hitch. And thanks to her intervention with the home warranty company, they covered an issue that they had previously told me they wouldnt.

ZillowVERIFIED Dillar literally made my dream of moving to Austin a reality. I was a first time home buyer and had started with a different realtor. Due to my budget and lack of down payment, my first realtor told me that I wouldn?t be able to buy a in Austin and that buying a condo was not an option. I reached out to Dillar for a second opinion and never looked back. Dillar help me find THE CUTEST little home (which is technically a condo), in a perfect neighborhood in the middle of Austin. She also helped me get it for $5k less than it was appraised for.. when the rest of home buyers were paying $20k over asking price. I also had so many questions during the buying process and Dillar was quick to respond and ease my mind about any concerns I had. I really couldn?t have asked for a better home buying experience and it was all thanks to Dillar?s help.

ZillowVERIFIED Dillar helped me sell a piece of land that I knew nothing about half the county away. She made a process that I am totally new to very easy. I always felt confident that she was doing everything she could to sell a rather weird and difficult property. I trusted her every step. She sold it quickly and painlessly. I enjoyed her funny and no holds barred personality and I highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Dillar Schwartz. My house was not ready for market and needed quite a bit of work. Dillar put in quite a bit of sweat equity as well as managed several contractors to get my house sold. I was in a very difficult financial position and I am extremely grateful for Dillar?s strength of character and wise advice. I had several low offers on the house because of its condition but Dillar advised against taking the low offers and in the end, my house sold for 44% more than I paid for it just 3 years earlier. This was a challenging house to work with and my financial outcome would have been much different had I not been lucky enough to have Dillar as my advocate. Thank You Dillar!

ZillowVERIFIED There are plenty of reasons why Dillar is considered one of the best agents in Austin. Buying/selling a house is always stressful but Dillar will meet you wherever you?re at with endless knowledge, resources, and patience. She lives and breathes real estate and in this market you want someone who has mastered the art of closing a deal better than you ever could without her. I think what we appreciated most was that we knew she would never sacrifice her integrity for a paycheck. She was so honest with us when she thought we were looking at a bad deal and never pressured us to pull the trigger or tried to ?sell? us on anything. When SHE found us the perfect house, she used her master negotiating skills to get us the best deal in the neighborhood + a new roof when we were up against multiple offers. She?s a master negotiator and will always fight for you- and likely win. She?s an incredible person and has become a good friend and we couldn?t be more grateful for her help.

ZillowVERIFIED We had been searching for a home for a year and our realtor just couldnt find anything that pleased our family. We decided to find a new realtor and that is when we found Dillar. Dillar is by far the most calm, driven, non-judgmental, understanding, go-getting realtor. We gave her our criteria and we received a new list of homes every single morning. I was able to send her a text to request a viewing the same day. She was exceptional with answering our questions, as well as, being okay with us not liking everything she showed. We put an offer on a home and then retracted it because it didnt feel like home to us; Dillar didnt show us that she was let down, upset or irritated. She said okay, lets look more! We found our dream home with Dillar! We were able to get the home because of her negotiating skills and attitude. We beat 4 other offers and received money towards closing and a brand new roof. Dillar is always the realtor I recommend to people searching high and low for their dream home!

ZillowVERIFIED I found Dillar through some friends and my only wish is that I had found her sooner. I needed a property manager to turn my condo into an rental and Dillar did not disappoint. The property still had a few issues to make it ready for rent, but with the help of a contractor Dillar works with regularly, the issues were fixed withing the span of about a week (he did the actual work in one day). Throughout the process of finding tenants, Dillar stayed in touch with me through text, email, and phone calls. Every now and then I would just think, I should text Dillar and see if anything is happening, and then magically she would text me with an update later that day as if she knew I was going to contact her. Dillar is knowledgeable of the local real estate and rental market and was able to find me a tenant within 19 days, and I couldnt be more grateful for the quick turn around. I cannot recommend her enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Dillar was an amazing agent for us. This was our first time buying a house, and she helped us through the entire process and answered all of our many (many) questions. Not only was she friendly and highly knowledgeable about every aspect of our realty transaction, but she was also always willing to go above and beyond to show us properties or negotiate with the sellers quickly and effectively. She helped us get a great deal and was an absolute asset for us. Everything went much more smoothly than we ever would have anticipated in buying a house because of her. You can tell she is truly passionate about realty and cares about her clients. She even bought us a bottle of vodka to celebrate closing! We highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED We really lucked out when Dillar became our agent. Shes so knowledgeable about the Austin market and was really helpful in walking us through this whole experience. She was always quick to respond to our questions and concerns, and we had a lot! We fully credit her and her transaction team for making our selling process go so smoothly. But the thing that stood out to us was her straightforward style. She was open and honest about our selling situation and had extremely good advice that worked. She was also invaluable in getting us a great deal on a new home were so excited about. Trust us, you definitely want to work with her!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Dillar was a great experience! She knows the Austin neighborhoods and real estate market very well. She continued to help me search for the just the right condo for many months and always had the newest listings. Once the right place came on the market, she was able to get me in for an early viewing so that I could be one of the first to see the property. Thanks for your help!

ZillowVERIFIED I would Highly recommend Dillar Schwartz. She went out of her way, to resolve many unexpected issues that could have jeopardized the sale. Dillar took over full representation for all required actions, such as negotiating with difficult tenants, overseeing, locksmith, trash removal, cleaning contractors and Title company. My property was sold without me having to be present. I simply got a check delivered to me.

ZillowVERIFIED Dillar is a pleasure to work with. Shes helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of buying, renting and managing your property. I feel much better about living in a different state than my rental property, knowing shes taking care of it. She has a crew of experienced local contractors that do quality work, with reasonable rates. Whether you need them to do a repair or remodel a house for a new look or to be flipped, no job is too big or too small. I wouldnt trust anyone else. Im so glad my friends referred me to Dillar.

ZillowVERIFIED Dillar helped us find a home when we moved from Brooklyn to Austin. In fact, we purchased it sight unseen. Thats how much we trusted her insight and experience! Now a year later we still love where we are: the house ended up being absolutely perfect. Dillar helped us through the entire process, and her team was unbelievably patient and great with problem-solving when we had some issues with our New York closing that caused issues with the Texas closing. We couldntve done it without Dillar! I would recommend her unreservedly to anybody house-hunting in the Austin area.

ZillowVERIFIED We were out of state buyers when we came into contact with Dillar. Dillar completely accommodated us when we came into town to look at properties. Unfortunately with the crazy market there in Austin, we went back to FL empty handed and continued our search online for the perfect home in Austin. When we found a property we thought wed like, Dillar volunteered to go check the property out for us. We did find our perfect home online and Dillar went diligently to work for us. She went to the property, took a lot of pictures and video for us and ultimately wrote up and negotiated with the seller for us to get the best deal. We bought our home in Austin sight unseen due to the trust we had in Dillar in being so skilled and knowing what we wanted in a home. Dillar stuck with us through the inspections, through securing a mortgage and ultimately closing on our home. She was always a phone call or text away if we needed her for anything and I cant thank her enough for all that she has done for us. If you need a phenomenal realtor in the Austin area, she is your girl!!

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Austin Properties Group was outstanding. I worked with Dillar, an associate of Ryannes, to both buy and sell a home. During the buying process, Dillar worked with us to find the perfect home and negotiate with the seller to get the best deal. When we sold our previous home, Dillar was quick to put it on the market and organize an open house; we had several offers on the first day, and the property sold above asking price. I definitely recommend Dillar (and Austin Properties Group) and will use them again for investment transactions.

ZillowVERIFIED I cant say enough great things about Dillar. We met her in the fall when we first started looking at properties and after learning more about what we were looking for, she gave us a great overview of the area we were interested in?South Austin?and shared ideas for neighborhoods that we may not have otherwise thought of. As first-time homebuyers, we wanted someone who could give us a good understanding of the Austin market and help guide us through everything we needed to know when making such a big purchase. Throughout the process (and even after we closed), she has been one of the most helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive people Ive ever worked with. Highly, highly recommended.
