This is our second time selling with Lise. Recently, we downsized to a ranch level home. Then spent several weeks prepping our primary residence and reached out to Lise to prepare comps. She was ready to go when we listed mid-September. We appreciated her kind and patient manner and professionalism and availability. Lise was a truly wonderful agent to work with. We began our search for our dream Colorado home from 1300 miles away in the Midwest. Consequently, having Lise as our "boots on the ground" was critical, especially given the hot real estate market in Colorado. She was extremely responsive during the searching process and was always available to perform home tours for us on short notice. Her feedback from those tours (both in pictures and descriptions) was always extremely detailed, and if there were any additional questions, she quickly worked with the sellers agent to get them answered for us. She also thoroughly understood what we were looking for (which was a bit unique for the homes in the area), allowing her assessments and recommendations to be tailored to our specific needs and tastes. We would be remiss if we did not also mention the incredible value of her general aEURoemountain livingaEUR? wisdom, in particular for two city dwellers, providing us such valuable tips as aEURoea south facing driveway is valuable for snow melt in the winteraEUR?, which we would have not thought of ourselves! Lise was extremely patient and not the least bit pushy. We began our search multiple years ago, and there was never any pressure to just settle on something aEURoegood enoughaEUR?; she was more than willing to wait for our dream house to come along! Once the perfect house did come along, Lise's knowledge of the area/market helped take a lot of the stress out of negotiations, as her guidance allowed us to position our offer to give us the most likely chance of acceptance at a fair price. It was clear she had our best interests at heart, and not just a desire to close the deal. After our offer was accepted, Lise was well organized and kept us (and the seller) in front of all milestones to ensure we were able to hit our target closing date. When you choose to work with Lise (and we would highly recommend that you do), she will ensure your home buying experience is the best it can be.
