Andy and Adam did an incredible job thoughtfully explaining everything we needed to know and really establishing expectations from the start that would end up playing out all the way to the final sale. After about a month of looking we found the perfect place and decided to buy. There were a lot of obstacles that came up in the last second that couldn't have been known beforehand but we were very grateful for all their wisdom, expertise and hands-on help they provided to get us past those last hurdles to the finish line. Review My husband and I used the Verleger group to buy our first home. Andy and his team (Adam and Ben) were knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. They all work together so you are not just getting one person but a whole team! We mainly worked with Adam but Andy checked in during the whole process which was great. Adam was amazing! He responded quickly and was available even during the weekends or evenings to answer questions or see a house. He made buying our first house easy and stress free! Review Andy Verleger and his associates at Westbound Realty in Golden are true professional who you will want to trust with your real estate needs, whether you are buying or selling. I know, because I used Andy 8 years ago when I purchased a townhouse in Lakewood, CO and then I looked him up again this year when it was time to sell. He gave outstanding service with great attention to detail on both occasions. I will add that I was probably a "low end" customer compared to most residential sales prices, but Andy spent enormous time with me both times and gave high-touch, hands-on assistance that made the process easier for me. This was especially important as a long-distance customer from out-of state. On the Buying side, he spent over an hour on the phone with me before we ever met, explaining the local market and even helping me to narrow the geographical area of my purchase. Even in between the purchase and the sale, I called him on more than one occasion regarding resale values for minor renovations and the possibility of professional management for rentals. On every occasion that I contacted him, he was available and responsive and always gave excellent advice. On the Selling side, he and his awesome assistants handled every detail while I was over 1,000 miles away, even contacting local persons he knew that would haul off trash and another to do last-minute painting -- all at a reasonable price. If I were doing this again -- on either the Buying or the Selling side -- I would not do it without Andy Verleger and team.

Review Andy's team consisting of Andy, Adam, Ben and Julie are Amazing from start to finish! My wife and I purchased a home with, and for, our daughter in Golden near the School of Mines, all while living in Oregon. We have transacted well over 20 pieces of RE over the years with some really good Realtors in Oregon, and the Verleger Team was probably the Best we've ever worked with! Their team approach left no stone unturned and no detail overlooked throughout the process. In a time of little RE transactions, they were able to find the perfect fit to our very specific needs. Once the property was identified, they helped orchestrate a very strategic purchase plan that allowed us to secure a very desirable property, in a competitive market place, without going into a bidding war and driving the price above market value. As a matter of fact, we had a very unique situation, but with their guidance we were able to secure the property and have it in contract in less than 5 hours of it being on the market. It takes deep market knowledge and years of learned skills to execute at that level. I truly don't believe we would have had the success that we did without the Verleger Group. They certainly know Golden and the surrounding areas. I highly recommend them, and we can't speak highly enough about their professionalism and dedication to Excellence in the Real Estate field. My daughter will be moving on from Mines in 4 more years, this group is who I'll be calling to sell!

Review My fiancA(C) and I unexpectedly entered the home buying market when our landlord informed us he wanted to move back into the house he was renting us. We interviewed three local realtors and realized that Andy and his team would provide the best chance to get a house in Golden. They have a fine-tuned strategy and if you follow their guidance, you'll get under contract. Over the course of 3.5 weeks, we made two competitive offers and closed on the second one. Myles and Jana were helpful during showings. Sara handled the paperwork. Everything was organized. We love the house we bought and don't anticipate moving anytime soon, but if we did we'd definitely work with the Verleger team again.

Review We had an amazing experience with the team of Andy Verleger, Natasha Fry, Myles Knechgtes, Jana Schmidt, and Sara Nolan. We contacted Andy when we started thinking about purchasing a new house. We had purchased the condo we were living in using Andy as our agent 7 years ago. We wanted to know what he thought of our condo, from a real estate perspective. We were hoping to upgrade to a house in Golden but were not confident about the likelihood that we could. Andy did not promise us a house in Golden but was willing to try. The team was professional, friendly, detail oriented and "in-tune" about the current market conditions. There was always someone available to answer questions, regardless of time of day. They gave us useful tips about staging our condo to have the greatest impact to potential buyers. They had great ideas to highlight the things that made our condo special, like little placards in areas where we had done upgrades. They provided all of the necessary accruement that would be needed to show our condo during COVID. They were available immediately to show us the house we later purchased, when we called them just as it went on the market. We don't plan on moving out of our new home in Golden anytime soon, but if we were, we would definitely use Andy and the team.

Review We purchased a home with the Verleger team in June 2021, when the market was the most insane we've ever seen. From the moment we had our client kick off, the team educated us on what we needed to be prepared for and the necessary steps we'd have to take to win in this market. We saw somewhere around 15 homes with the team and they were transparent about each aspect of the home and the neighborhood, which was very helpful as we had just moved to the area. When we finally found our home, we put an offer in and it was accepted with the only counter being to dates. We were shocked. Review I had the pleasure of working with Andy Verleger and his team on my very first home purchase. I did not have any knowledge or understanding of the market or how to purchase a home. Andy really came through for me in walking me through the entire process, made recommendations on who to speak with for home loans, and the steps to take to ensure my application went smoothly. He was knowledgeable about the area I wanted to purchase in and was extremely responsive to my requests to view a home. His team responded typically within the hour either via email, text, or call with the next available showings and someone was always available and on time to those showings. During the viewings they had knowledge on the house and neighborhood. When I was ready to make an offer, he had it written and delivered within hours. He also worked with my on the contract aspects to ensure that the offer would be considered and accepted. It is a sellers market so there was not much negotiation involved in my purchase, but he was knowledgeable about what options I did have and what would and would not work. I have just moved into my new home and I couldn't be a happier customer.
