Review We had an issue with our previous realtor, and I was referred to Sam by a realtor we used in FL to sell our vacation rental. Sam was excellent, and could not have been better. He came into a bad situation and put things into perspective and did everything he promised us he would do. While Sam was a new agent to our home, we had been on the market nearly 90 days prior, and were not getting the service we felt deserved or needed with the from the previous agent. Knowing this Sam took on the listing and would return calls and texts instantly even listened to my venting as needed. In the end he sold the home quickly, and I could not be happier. If I have any future real estate needs, I will reach out to Sam first.

Review There are not enough words to describe what Damon Pajaud did for me and my grandson's. This man went above and beyond to ensure that we got the home we needed. After explaining to Damon that one sale fell through and we were getting desperate for a home he was right on it. Damon responded to every call or text I sent and we found the more than perfect place even though I would have settled for livable. When I told him this was our home Damon got right on it, got us a showing right away, contacted the seller agent and we were on our way. Damon explained to me everything we had to do and why. He explained the urgency of getting stuff done in a timely manner and why. He even explained the consequences of not taking action when needed. There was an issue with my lender and if it hadn't been for Damon stepping in and not only discovering the problem he followed up with the company. It came pretty close to losing the home but Damon was determined to not let that happen and it didn't happen. Damon pointed out things that he thought were important and I thought so as well. It was a great experience with Damon and I highly recommend him and Sam Barnes Realty. They did us right. Thanks Damon!! And we LOVE that home.

My wife and I worked with Sam and Brandy Barnes to sell our condo, and buy our first house in the last couple of months, and the experience was so much better because of these two amazing people. Sam got us far more money than we could have imagined in the sale of our condo, and somehow managed to negotiate DOWN the purchase price of our house in an insane seller's market. Sam and Brandy are genuine, honest, and remarkably trustworthy (a rarity in sales). I say this not just because he got four full price offers on my home in one day, because he is intelligent, efficient and accurate, or even because he answered every phone call. I say Sam is a standout because he's just plain a nice guy! My home was located in Thornton on a busy street, it was a great home but suffered because of ill-concieved notions of the neighborhood. I felt Sam represented me and my home; and my neighborhood like he lived there himself. It's a competitive market. There is an endless supply of realtors in Denver....not to mention the thousands with zero experience. Bottom line; if you want your home sold with absolute ease, if you want zero headache during the process, if you want someone who sees your home as you do, then choose Sam Barnes. She was very patient with us and kept it very "real". She would give us her honest opinion, which was helpful, so nobody's time was wasted. Overall this process can be very stressful especially if its your first time buying like us, but both Sam and Brandy were right there the whole way through. They both made it very easy to reach out to them ANYTIME we had a question or concern. Sam was very good about checking in every once in while, while we were going through the financial part , just making sure the numbers made sense and explaining how they were coming up with the numbers. If we ever had any concern he couldn't handle he would make sure the appropriate people contacted us the next day! We never had a question left unanswered! Sam and Brandy made this experience for my wife and I one we will always remember for all the right reasons, we love our new house and we will never get another new house without the help of those two!
