The fact that I used them again should say a lot. Alyssa happened to live in the same neighborhood the house I sold was in so she was perfect for the task. A few years prior to me selling my home, my communication with the Healey Group consisted of their market updates. That alone was so helpful in determining when would be a good time to sell my place. Finally, I decided to sell. I no longer wanted to be a long distance landlord. After communicating with Alyssa via phone, email, and text, I finally traveled to Denver to meet with her face to face. She was prompt, professional, and friendly. She listened to every detail and the obstacles at hand to make a sale happen. She understood the biggest obstacle was a very uncooperative tenant, which had to be handled very delicately. She gave great advice, put together a game plan, organized everything I could not take care of long distance. Had circumstances been favorable to that, I would have done that. I told her I wanted a quick and as hassle free sale as possible. She did not get upset about the decision. Even more impressive, my home was sold before it was to officially list!!!!!Rather you are a seller or buyer, I have 100% faith Dana, Alyssa, and the Healey Group will deliver like no other in the Denver area. ZillowVERIFIED I felt with my experience with the Sean Healey group that they really wanted to get me into a home and find one that I will like. As we began to get closer and closer to closing it got even more confusing to me. The direction I was heading at first took a huge turn and direction very quickly. I was dealing with going through a different mortgage company and paper work and the house all at once. It was a very well organized site and daily emails were sent out to look at newer homes on the market. I did also like how they had all forms electric to sign made it easier to get papers signed quickly. Once we etched closer to closing was the part that made me wonder. it felt like the loan was never to finish as I would call over and over again no answer no idea what was going on. Not to say its really the Healey group. Information that was given to me as I was going into the purchase of the home was the lender had to be of a certain lender. Come to find out that the lender was very slow paper work was never enough and just took another 2 weeks to close due to lender. Once closing day came other issues were brought up that was never disclosed until the walk though of the house. I felt that when going into the house I was blind sided and was confused. It did turn out ok in the long run but other issues came up right as soon as we moved in that not the inspector caught or no one ever told us. I did feel that in the long run we did look at a lot of homes that were spread out due to the miss understanding of what my restriction were. I can give one bit of advise and it would be to watch and get as much information you can about were and how much you can afford. get all the information you can from your lender ask questions. The lender will be the best location when coming up with locations and pricing in the area. To sum this up Alyssa Hearley and her fantastic crew were great People. Smart and had an idea what they were doing. They did all they could to fit me in and work around my schedule. I would go back to the team but next time be better understand on my part of location and just knowledge of the loans and process.

ZillowVERIFIED We were pushed into signing a contract with The Healey Group the first day we met with them. The agent seemed prepared - showing us a packet of instructions and advice which was valuable since this was our first time buying a home. She assured us they were the best because they have a 3-person team that leads us through the buying process - Showing agent, Transaction agent and her, the RE Agent. And we could terminate the contract at any time if we were dissatisfied with them - unless we decided to buy a house that they showed us. We were dissatisfied within the fist week because we were doing all the work - we found houses on Zillow and asked them to show them to us. Each one that they found for us was poor quality and had been on the market for a long time. We were happy to look at foreclosures or short sales too but they directed us away from those because it would be extra work for them!Just one week after signing with them - right before we intended to terminate with them - we actually found the house we wanted to buy. Going forward with the closing process we wished the house wasn't so right for us because Healey Group was such a disappointment. We had to initiate every time we had a question and we had to tell her how to negotiate. Because of the 3-person team, not one of them took responsibility for anything, no one had advice and they seemed to think we were not worth their time. We had been referred to KW Healey by a certain Financier and when we decided not to go with that financing - strangely - our agent lost interest in us. To top it off. The main RE agent did not show up at our closing. Instead, the showing agent was there and he was great - the whole time he was willing to help out but he wasn't prepared to answer any questions - he had to text with the main agent to get any answers!? I would not want anyone to have to go through this like we did.
