ZillowVERIFIEDLori Fontyn is unquestionably the Realtor Extraordianaire!! I am fortunate to have had her represent me 3 times (as both buyer and seller) since 2021. Lori sets a standard of excellence few other realtors can match. I have bought/sold multiple homes in multiple US states over my 70+ years, so I feel a have a good basis for my opinion. Lori is truly a pleasure to work with. Lori consistently demonstrated exceptional knowledge of housing markets, the home purchase/sale process and marketing strategy, as well as integrity, a strong work ethic, a positive/problem-solver/get things done attitude and a quiet confidence that gave me great peace of mind. Lori is professional, kind, friendly, an excellent advisor, communicator and negotiator, resourceful, thorough and dedicated. Lori is highly reliable, consistently responsive and accessible. And she regularly goes above and beyond to make the entire buying/selling process as smooth and trouble-free as possible; including a recent instance when she listed and sold a home for me while I was on an extended trip out of state, but because of Loris efforts, I only had to return to Colorado briefly for the closing. In addition, Lori has developed a trusted cadre of skilled contractors, repairpersons, craftspersons, housekeepers, movers, etc. (all vetted for responsiveness, reliability, quality work and reasonable pricing), to whom Lori can provide access for work needed to prepare a home for listing, to address issues in an inspection report, to relocate, etc. I found access to her cadre of great value, including saving me thousands of dollars.

ZillowVERIFIED Lori is terrific! She helped us in 2020 as the COVID-19 pandemic began. It created a number of challenges both for buying and selling a house. Lori really listed to our needs and was super patient. She gave us sound advice, but let us make the final decisions and then went about guiding us based on those decisions.Lori provided us with information and contacts when we had questions about some home improvements and was a good sounding board for what were, and were not, reasonable estimates. She had just the right balance of advice and guidance along with a willingness to listen to our needs and concerns. Wed certainly recommend Lori to prospective home sellers or buyers looking for a good realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Lori helped me list my current home and purchase a new one. She expertly pulled together a great plan to sell my home (to great success) and steered me in the right direction for my new purchase. She was able to navigate the pitfalls to make sure I had the smoothest closings I have ever had. I had looked at some of the discount places as part of my due diligence. So glad I used Lori as she literally helped me get over $10k in additional money on the selling side and negotiated over $5k in lower cost on the buying side. Watching her negotiate against a discount broker was eye opening. I will be encouraging everyone I know to use Loris services!
