We wanted a team who understood Denvers market and could help us sell and feel good about the transaction when all was said and done. This might sound like the Goldilocks story but its true. We met with and interviewed 3 broker/agents and each of course gave multiple reasons to choose them. One seemed sincere but wanted to do major remodeling. Another dressed and drove to impress but their vibe didnt feel right for our neighborhood or the type of type of family we hoped would buy our house. Everyone spoke of themselves and their organization. When Dom showed up he brought part of his team, Abby. That was nice to see. They paid full attention to us explained their approach and said one of them would respond to anything we needed asap. They felt just right. ZillowVERIFIED We have had disappointing experiences with realtors in the past. As such, we were hesitant to use ANOTHER realtor for this transaction. And we, in fact, spoke with several of the "buy-it-now-for-cash" outfits in an attempt to simplify the process. In the end, we learned two things: the "buy-it-now" boys do NOT simplify the process and there is an excellent realtor out there after all: Dominic Miller. He and his team (Abby & Andrea) were very responsive during the selling process and have CLEARLY done this before. They are not formula-driven and had ideas for our particular property. Under their guidance, the process moved quickly and predictably. Simply put, if we sell another home in the front range area, I won't shop: Dominic is my CO realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED I am so immensely happy I chose Dominic as my realtor, he's literally went above and beyond from the first presentation he showed me at our initial introduction we had discussing the sale of my house, to the purchase of my new home im writing this review out of now 6 months later!! I didnt have alot of time to sell (needed my house on market before holidays) nor did i have a lot of help to get things done in order to get my house ready for showings. Dominic had the home professionally cleaned, offered to send any help i may need moving things in or out of the home, worked with my schedule (and my dogs) etc. Dominic found a realtor for me out of state, did extended research on properties i was interested in out here (more in depth than the actual buyers agent) and provided me with the right questions i needed to ask to invest wisely. He still periodically checks in with me just to see how things are going in the new home. I don't just recommend Dominic as realtor, I suggest you stop looking now and give him a call! 5 stars isnt enough for this guy. Hes like... The five star michelin restaurant.. Just of realtors ?? In my opinion there is no competition. Dominic is hands down the best in Denver.
