Answered Questions

Could i just sell my tiny home and not the land?

Years ago I sold my 1930s house on craigs list with the buyers taking all responsibility to removing home and make sure there is a time limit. As a Real Estate broker we do not get involved with this type of transaction.

How do I know an offer isn't a scam?

In this market I would be shocked. I would interview 1 or 2 local agents to see if they can help. I can refer you if you want.
