I found Cesar through a recommendation from Chat GPT. Out of the 3 highly qualified realtors I interviewed, Cesar seemed the best fit for me for this sale. He was experienced with a quick sale of homes in my area of town. He recommended people to get my home ready for sale and met with me weekly to reevaluate market conditions, bringing data and photos of homes in my area. Market conditions changed rapidly shortly after listing my home and though I didn't like it, the data showed that I must change pricing to stay in the game. Cesar was truly both an excellent realtor and person as well. He went out of his way to meet with us initially before we had even signed with him. Fantastic experience from beginning to end! Thank you Cesar for your patience and kindness through the estate process. We were hesitant at the start only because we knew no one else but we are so thankful you reached out to us. Anyone reading this because Cesar reached out to you after a death in the family, know that he is genuine and you will not go wrong using him for the estate process. His whole business is set up to help ease the process. His team is very well versed in what needs to be done and is ready to assist especially if you are out of town. They were able to coordinate the cleaning, some repairs, the donations, and then handled ALL the negotiations. We surprisingly got an offer that was ~15% above asking, much more than expected given the condition of the home. Partly that was due to the pictures and the cleaning, but I think that was also due to the network Cesar's team has - we had nearly 50 showings in 3-4 days. You can't go wrong going with him and we will certainly be using this team in the future if we ever need anything.
