What clients say about this agent....
Very professional and does a thorough job. Glad to have him as my agent.
Always answered the phone. Kept us informed all through the process. Fast turnaround. Great experience overall.
I am a real estate agent in Miami. I gladly refer my top clients that are looking in the Houston Market to Cesar since I rest assured that they will be taken care of. He is a pro and has great systems in place to make sure that deals are put together and that they stay together. If you are a buyer or seller looking for one of the top agents in the area look no further.
I think I would have to say as a team they deserve 5 stars. Overall experience would maybe be a 4.5. We worked with Connie which was great and she found us our home. We are happy we got this home when we did because of the market. She was super responsive, attentive, flexible and always willing to show us a home. We really needed someone who was an expert. Like any profession, everybody has different skill levels. I do think she was pretty good, even with this older home and helping to protect us by adding additional changes to the contract etc. I think that this situation was more complicated and involved than most other home purchases because the seller was a larger company that wasn't always available to communicate quickly. Open Door was the seller. They wanted to handle things very quickly, which when there were lots of things that needed attention isn't the greatest. If you are going to deal with Open Door, you should probably hire Connie since she's been through this and has more experience dealing with a company like this. The home was in need of repairs which was fine and we quickly scrambled to get inspections and make it happen. This was our first home purchase. I think if I had more knowledge of hiring a home inspector I definitely would hire someone else. We hired a home inspector, structural engineer, electrician and a roofer. It matters who you hire. Trying to do the best we could with the knowledge we had was a challenge and hiring better inspectors in general probably would have saved us some issues that could have been avoided, but I'm not an inspector expert. First day water leaked through the ceiling. There probably could have been a warning from home inspection. Structural engineer gave us a foundation fix plan. Foundation (2 Sisters) crew came and decided to put pillars in a few different spots because they said they knew better. Turns out their revised plan left an unlevel area in the kitchen about 2 inches lower... Of course they said they could come back and fix their error for more $$$... Also, main sewer line under house (cement slab) broke during all this and then we replaced that which was $$$. At the very least someone could have made us aware. Either way, this really doesn't have much to do with Connie or the organization. With the information we all had, decisions had to be made quickly to make all this happen. In the end it was sort of weird when we ended up closing on the home because nobody was there to officially say we now own the home. We had some lady rush us through some papers and sign a bunch of stuff. After all the stress, I think it would have been nice to have someone hand us the keys and say, congratulations, you did it. lol? Sounds cheesy, but after this intense ordeal I think that would have been better that way. To be fair though, I believe I said it was ok to just give us the code to the house and we would just go get the keys ourselves, but I do remember thinking "ok so I guess we own the home now?" or something like that. It would be hard to imagine using an agent who only did this on the side! I believe they are full time agents here. I remember I met with a guy who did this as his side gig. I don't see how that's even possible in a competitive market. Probably the one major thing that would have been better would be for Cesar's organization to confidently use their inspectors they have reviewed or people they trust and "only" use them for their clients. That would have made my life easier. As in have their names and phone numbers right there BOOM ready to go when the client is ready to make the deal. Also, Cesar also just called me 4 months after close and asked me how it all went. Either way, it shows they care. The real question is, would I use them again? If they compile that trusted inspector list and give me the keys after closing, then yes I would use Connie again. =)
I couldn't be happier with Cesar. My house moved quickly and Cesar continually updated me regarding what was going on. I would recomend him without any hesitation. ?Y?--
Cesar and Jenny were of great help in navigating and bringing to a close my tenant occupied property. From beginning to end, Cesar and his team knowledgeably and smoothly moved the transaction to a successful sale/sold. Even better, good strategy with multiple interested buyers, Cesar and team were able to capture the sale at a higher than list price !!! Thank You.
Cesar is absolutely wonderful to work with and extremely professional in every aspect of purchasing our first home. Cesar was helpful, open, transparent and reliable through the whole process. It's like having a friend on the "inside" that is working for you. He really cares about his clients and understood our needs. I would definitely recommend Cesar to all my family and friends!!!
Cesar and Jenny were awesome to work with as a team. I worked with Cesar from California, and planned a week to come out here. We were able to see a handful of properties, and ultimately land on a closing within a week. Their network, experience, & professionalism made this possible. Thank you, Cesar + Jenny!
I am so glad to be asked about CesarEspinoza and his team. Honestly, it was the best realtor experience I have ever experienced. My husband and I have bought and sold several houses over the years. This was the most pleasant experience by far. No hassles, no pressure to change what we want or dont want, just kind and intelligent advice and considerable help. This was a Godsend as the house listing and move out of state coincided. We just left everything in Cesars capable hands. What a blessing that was! The house sold quickly and we could not have been more pleased. We recommend this team of professionals to all our friends in Houston.
Cesar was great to talk to. Moving into a new house has always been scary for me but he gave me so much help while moving into my new house I cannot thank him enough!
