Before choosing a real estate agent, we conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. TheA Jill Smith TeamA stood out as the best to offer: their rankings are excellent, their social media presence was strong, and we could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We spoke with Brianna and then met with her at our home. She spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our house was located in a neighborhood with several of similar homes would be tough to sell. Brianna made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and gave us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. When we saw our listing we were blown away.A Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. Their team held open houses few times which not many realtors do and they did an amazing job each time. Our house went under contract in a couple of days after we put it on the market. We accepted and Brianna (who was also incredibly friendly and helpful) walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. The entire process went so smoothly and flawlessly that at the end Brianna did not make us realize even once that we actually sold the home. She took over all tasks on her. The referrals she provided for cleaning the home, and other tasks were excellent. We recommend The Jill SmithTeam and Brianna to everyone we know. She's a true professional and a genuinely nice person. We realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.
