ZillowVERIFIEDYou couldn't ask for a better agent. Albert has extensive knowledge of the real estate market and helped me close on my condo in midtown. He was there every step of the way and appreciates his clients with the upmost respect. It was a pleasure working with him and if I have any future purchases in mind, I'll be working with him.

ZillowVERIFIED Overall, Albert is great to work with. He is professional, responsive, communicates well, is accommodating and good negotiator. All of the above is honestly expected in someone with this many years of experience and great reviews, but it is the small things that make the difference to us. For example, Albert will email or text you back confirming he received your email or text, this might be a small thing, but when dealing with stressful process of buying or selling property, it provides peace of mind that your concerns or questions are being addressed immediately and don't have to wonder if it was delivered. We might have been exception, but when we thought of listing our property, he already had clients he worked with that would be good match for the property, essentially, he was able to sell the property for full asking price before it even went on market. We are happy clients!

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Albert! He recently helped my husband and I purchase a house and I was very impressed by his knowledge, speedy replies and attentiveness. I was out of the country at the time of the sale, and he was able to make me feel at ease and have complete confidence in the process. I didn't worry about deadlines or inspections, he helped to take care of all of it. He was awesome!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were first time home buyers who were having an extremely hard time finding a home. We lost several houses in multiple offer situations and were about to give up on buying until we were introduced to Albert! He was more than willing to not only show us homes but also share his knowledge and advice with us. It's because of Albert that we are now homeowners! He truly found us a beautiful home and had us under contract within a week of working with him. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy in the crazy Houston market!

ZillowVERIFIED Albert was exceptional in helping us buy a home in Houston. He went above and beyond in helping us locate, evaluate, and purchase our investment property. He spent a ton of time and sent us as much information as we could process to find the right property for us. We are out of town and he even did a facetime walkthrough for us before closing so that we could see and ensure that everything was correct. Albert made this happen for us, and we couldn't have done it without him.

ZillowVERIFIED Albert is a fantastic agent and without him, there is no way I would own my first home. The house I purchased was almost 25 days beyond close and somehow he kept all the parties in escrow. He is very honest and attentive to what I was looking for and what I could afford. Whether you're buying or selling, Albert will make it happen. I challenge anyone to find a better realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Albert was very friendly and helpful! Since I wasn't that familiar with the neighborhood, he took his time to answer any questions that I had as well as he was very patient and eager to negotiate with the seller as if he's purchasing his own home. He was very quick with the communication through telephone calls and emails. I strongly recommend Albert to all who's in search for the dream home!

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Albert was a great one, he was very prompt with answering any question. As first time home buyers the whole process of buying a home is daunting, but with Albert's experience, knowledge, and love for his job it made the whole process easier and less stressful than anticipated. He was always well informed of the neighborhoods where we were looking. Once we gave him our criteria for what we were looking for, he was sending listing over for us to look at, and send back our feedback. Through it all we ended up buying a home within a one month of searching. I had heard horror stories of people searching for over 6 months, thankfully with Albert's help we were not burden with such a horrible experience. I highly recommend him as a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED As first time home buyers we were very excited, yet petrified going into the process of buying a home. Albert Cantu came recommended to us by our friends, who had only wonderful things to say about him. We gave him a call and set up our first meeting, where we gave him our home criteria and our budget. From there we got listings on a daily basis of houses that we might like. We looked at few houses, but couldn't find "the one" for us. Albert attitude was so positive through the whole house search very encouraging to say the least. Within 2 weeks he had found a home which we fell in love with. As soon as we said that's the one, he jumped on it and had the listing agent on the phone that moment. We put in an offer he worked his magic and by the next day in the afternoon we got a call saying our offer was accepted! One reason why we were even more anxious the home had just been listed that same day, and had a scheduled first open house for that Saturday. So Albert was able to take the home off the market before anyone got a chance to do a walk through! We are beyond grateful to have had him as our agent, his vast knowledge of the market and the areas where we were looking was so amazing.

ZillowVERIFIED So thankful for a great real estate agent that walked me through everything and thankfully opened my eyes up to more options that I had previously been close-minded to. His suggestion to look at at a community that was outside where I originally wanted to live at actually ended up being my favorite community and where we found the perfect home. His recommendations were incredibly useful and he was able to answer my countless first time home buyer questions. I would definitely recommend him and will use him again in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Albert is an fantastic realtor when extensive knowledge of the market. He was spot on with pricing and time frame our house would be on the market. We listed our house on a Friday and the weekend we had 30+ showings, with 7 offers by Monday (all over asking price). It was a stress free process only have to show the house for one weekend. Albert has outstanding negotiating skills. I would recommend Albert to anyone looking for a great realtor.
