Pearl was great in selling our aunt's house in houston. We were out of state. She handled everything for us. She was johnny on the spot when we needed her. This was all greek to us but she walked us through it. Her communication with us was outstanding. She would call all the time to see where we were with the courts. She lined up several buyers for us when we got ready to sell. We could not have done this without her patience, professionalism, and understanding what we were going through. Thank you, Pearl, is not enough.

ZillowVERIFIED We contacted Ms. Ngo because she was a friend and thought it would be easier to work with her. What we didnt realized was that Ms. Ngo went above and beyond her professional responsibilities to assist us securing the best possible deal, and assisted us in understanding some financing issues. We were able to buy a beautiful home within our budgets, with built-in equities, no less than $50,000 - $65,000. Dont think for a minute that you will save money if you can cut deals and save some money on your listing or buying. As a real estate attorney, I could have contacted the Sellers agent and negotiated Seller to pay me the 3% directly, but I am NOT a realtor and could never have negotiated as well as Ms. Ngo did! As the numbers show.... Ms. Pearl saved us a lot more than I could have ever saved on my own, and I learned a few things during the process! I highly recommend Ms. to all my friends, colleagues and clients! You can too!Thank you,

ZillowVERIFIED It was a pleasure to have Pearl as our realtor. She is professional, knowledgeable, incredibly friendly and responsive. With her previous experience as a investment banker, Pearl knows how to market the home and sell it for the most money. She proposed an efficient sale process, arranged for the photographs and gave us critical advice on finishing the house as well as helping us go through all the paperworks. Most importantly, we were able to sell the house in a short time frame and we were happy with the results.I highly recommend Pearl to anyone who is looking either to buy or sell a house. I would definitely cooperate with Pearl again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED I am happy to have a very good, experience, and expert negotiate realtor. After told Pearl about my future house - including area and price. Pearl understood what kind of house I wanted, and she hunted a house for me. She did not waste my time. Only two days later, she found and showed a house for me (10302 Bob White - 77096). Just right first minutes to see this house. I thought that it was my house. I asked Pearl to make offer. My offer was accepted and next 10 days was closing day. She did very good job.Thank you Pearl Ngo.

ZillowVERIFIED Pearl sold our home in 2 days. She listed it 15k higher than other agents we spoke with. Those so called veteran agents just wanted to listed our home low to sell quick. Pearl had great pictures of our home taken and listed within a few days of initial meeting. 2 days later we had multiple offers which shows the home was listed well within correct market pricing and not low like other suggested. Very firm negotiator and I would highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Pearl work very hard to negotiate the best deal for me. She was able to lower more than 50K below listing price and keep us fully informed throughout the purchase process. She points out lenders nuisance charges on the CD for me or else I would have overlook it. I'm very satisfied with her work ethic and how she puts client interested before all!

ZillowVERIFIED It was a pleasure to work with Pearl Ngo. A very kind person, helping us with a lot of time and dedication to get the house that we were looking for and not a house to buy quick. It took several houses to go around looking at the good and the bad and we didn't get the pressure with her to get a home which wasn't the right one for us. She always was trying to be sure that we were buying "our house". Thanks to Pearl we have found the house we like.
