Hi Michael, In a hot market such as this, selling as-is shouldn't hurt your pricing as long as you aren't facing major structural or safety issues. Many buyers in a competitive market are solely having their inspections to ensure there are no major defects or safety concerns. Depending on your buyer pool where your home is located as well, the loan types that you anticipate on receiving may slightly impact this due to the appraisal requirements of FHA vs. Conventional for example!
