Alex immediately made us his top priority, and would work with out crazy airline schedules to make sure we had every chance to see houses that fit our needs. ZillowVERIFIED I went to High School with Alex and through social media was able to see him grow and strive in his career as a realtor. Alex and his whole team were nothing but professional through the whole experience. After Christmas houses started coming on the market and I texted Alex. Alex was out of town that weekend and Kramer from his office came to show us the house. We underestimated the amount of work that the house needed and Kramer was able to show us 2 other houses in our price range which wasn't scheduled. Alex reached out after to see if we wanted to see anything else and maybe set up a time to formally sit down and go over what we were looking for. Before that ever happened we scheduled approximately 5 house showings. We never officially sat down but just in short conversations and houses we were interested in he was able to find us exactly what we were looking for. Being first time home buyers we didn't always know what needed to be done and so much has changed from when my parents had bought their house, so Alex and his client coordinator, Tim, were so helpful every step of the way. They would check in and see if we had any questions or would update us on what was going on behind the scenes when we were just waiting for approvals and paperwork to be completed. Our overall experience was easy and seamless thanks to Alex and his team.
