ZillowVERIFIED With everything that Justin has done for me, he has saved me from emotional and physical stress had I not contracted with him to continue being my realtor for two years. He has done so much for me I have always felt he went over beyond what anyone else in his profession would have done in similar circumstances. Every step, form, phone call, visit, and contact made by, with, and through, was always in the best interest of ME. Justin always worked behind the scenes with his resources of intelligence, market, contacts, and experience. I have purchased two homes with Justin's help. The last year of my have has been one of my most difficult. Justin, knowing this, and being the generous hearted person he is, literaly left very little or nothing for me to do. He has always helped me understand everything I wanted to know, even if he was repeating himself he never treated me as though I was a bother to him. He will always return your call, text, or email. He will thoroughly explain every step of the buying or purchasing process. His legal background, I believe, is a super plus to his qualifications of why he should be hired. A few months ago I had a buyer for a home I own. The buyer backed out of the deal. With Justin's knowledge and persistence he was able to get my earnest money returned from this prospective buyer after I was notified they would 'sue' me for the earnest money. When that deal fell through, it was Justin who suggested I may want to rent out my house instead of selling it; as he was well aware of my stress and being scared from purchasing home with a higher price tag than I had expected I would. With his suggestion I decided to place my house on the market as a rental. Again Justin did everything that was needed keeping me to focus on caring for mother. I just cannot say enough about how much work Justin has done for me.

I was looking for 5 years, and with my 2 small boys, never was able to find my dream home. I worked, and went through countless years of school to get this far and I knew that if I couldn't find my house now, it was not there. I was going to need to build. I received a call (after working with other realtors) from Justin Berggren. On the phone, I was not pressured, and was offered help. I felt an immediate connection, (this was not any other realtor). Justin evaluated the situation and told me all possible outcomes. Hes very honest and experienced! The whole process was smooth and fast. I loved that he used an app where the clients made appointments. As the seller you were able to decline, reschedule or suggest a new time. Also, he used Dot Loop to sign documents online, super convenient! I left to Texas and Justin kept me updated through out the entire process!
