Bill was a very aggressive realtor doing whatever he could do to find the perfect home for me ? Before finding Bill I met a couple other realtors and they either didnt look at my requirements for a home or they just didnt care, often sending me listings of homes aEURoeWAYaEUR? over what I was pre qualified for, but Bill took the time to carefully review what I was looking for in a home and he didnt waste my time sending me listings of homes I could never afford ! Every home we looked at was in my price range and finally we found the perfect home ! Anyone looking for a realtor couldnt do much better than Bill Vossos ! Hes an exellent real estate agent !

ZillowVERIFIED Bill was great during my process of buying a condo. I actually had 1 picked out already, but he gave me other options as well, which you should compare. Anytime I had questions or any other concerns, Bills response was very quick, no matter what time of day or what day of the week. As far as the negotiation, he gets an A+ for that. I was very pleased with the results. Bill has a great personality to go along with all of other qualities. I would highly recommend him. Thanks again Bill!!
