ZillowVERIFIED I worked with another realtor who led me to Jason for the sale of some land. My husband and I made an offer on the land with $3000 in earnest money that we paid to Jason. We were told by our realtor that there were many contingencies in place in our agreement in case the house came back over our approved amount. The house came in way over budget and Jason refused to give us back any of the earnest money. We had the land for 2 weeks. He claimed he missed out on advertising on the land. I also told our builder about the neighborhood and he in return brought several clients to the neighborhood that are now building there. But he refused to give us back any of our money and told us to build a smaller house on the land. We didn't need to build such a big house. It's sad to see that he couldn't be an honest person and return the money or a portion of it. We ultimately were forced to sign over all of the earnest money to him.

ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking to get your home sold at a competitive pricing in a quick amount of time, stay clear away. Jason lacked the ability to follow through after multiple home showings and did nothing to market my home outside of listing on the MLSNI. I had to follow up with him on multiple occasions and request he does some additional marketing on our behalf. He was not motivated to sell our home and put up excuse barriers every step of the way. I would not recommended him as a selling agent if you are considering a move anytime soon. Additionally when I closed on my condo with him as my buying agent. He lost me 1.7k but not negotiating terms properly. The maximum seller credit for a conventional loan on an investment property is 2%. The seller agreed to a 5k seller credit but the max amount only allowed for 3.3k and we found this out a week prior to closing on the property. We could of negotiated terms to lower the sales cost opposed to asking for so much in seller credits. This was an error on Jason's behalf and he did nothing to try and rectify this prior to closing. Would not recommend him for either buying or selling in real estate.
