ReviewJust bought a house on the other side of Beecher from where we live. Our realtors, Nicole Boukal and Nick Oosting and their team, made the process beyond smooth and seamless. I've heard so many home buying horror stories and we actually enjoyed the process. They gave us their honest opinions about the properties we looked at, helped us find reliable teams for finances and home inspection, and have been readily available and quick to respond to us every step of the way. We are beyond appreciative and would recommend them for any home buying and selling needs that you have!

Review Nick and his team did an outstanding job helping me get into my new home. I had previously been renting and finally was able to be a homeowner. Nick was able to help me navigate through inspection and helped me keep money in my bank account. Abby helped me answer any questions or concerns I had. Communication was outstanding.

Review Nick and Abbey were a great team from start to finish. Took professional pictures, stayed in constant communication with us during the process and sold our home within three weeks at a great price. Would highly recommend them. They assisted my son in buying a home and that?s why we hired them to sell our place.

Review Nick is very easy going, personable, knowledgeable and dedicated. He maintained all of this from the first showing all the way through till closing. He walked me through all the closing steps, helped me with lender, was always a text or phone call away, even called me after the closing to say congratulations.

Review I have used Nick for both buying and selling. When I was buying Nick worked tirelessly to find me the house I wanted and was patient through all the showing we went to till we found the one. When I was selling Nick was very knowledgeable with other comps in my area and we were able to make a good sale very quick. Nick is the only agent I?d ever recommend.
