The Brockette Homes team provides customized real estate services to meet the specific needs of each home buyer or seller. The team consists of agents, Beth Brockette, Alan Brockette, Katie Reck and marketing assistant, Julie Borkosky. HOBBIES/INTEREST

Beth & Alan enjoy time with grandchildren, golf, reading, walks and the arts. They also enjoy watching Iowa university sports and the Dallas Cowboys. Katie is active in her son's school activities, training her therapy dog, and cheering on local and college sports teams.

FAMILY

Family is important to us! With their blended family, Alan & Beth have 6 grown children, 9 grandchildren and several "grand-pets"! Katie's family consists of her husband Nathan, son Bode and their two dogs, Stanley and Clark.

Is there any way I can get an appraisal on my home ?

Go to your trusted real estate agent to get a market analysis for your home. This should be a complimentary service. You can find on-line home value estimates, but they are built on algorithms based on public information. Many factors about your home and neighborhood will not be taken into account. You can also pay a professional appraiser for a valuation opinion, but knowing what the active competition is and understanding the current buyers mindset is best received through an experienced real estate agent.
