ZillowVERIFIED Steven Peacock with Graf Home Selling Team was beyond amazing to work with & I highly recommend contacting him if your thinking/planning on selling your home or know anyone who is!!!- HE SOLD OUR HOME IN 45 HOURS after being listed! Under 2 days on the market!We were not in a big city but a small town, with other houses on the market competitive to ours. I had been watching the market for a few months prior to listing my home & things in our town were not selling as fast as in big cities, with a few that spent months on the market. I was nervous.. I went with Steven Peacock because many of the homes in our area were sitting & listed with similar teams/agents. Steven was not a familiar name in our town but had raving reviews & the kicker is he charges the same as other, less experienced, less rated realtors! Little did I know this decision would sell my house in a blink..It felt absolutely unreal how smoothly Steven made everything as there were no issues or bumps in the road the entire time; from first discussion to closing!He was exceptionally easy to reach, great at explaining everything, very personable, made all paperwork minimal & a breeze. There honestly isn't a bad or negative thing I can say about him or the experience I had.His photographer took beautiful shots making our listing attractive while highlighting all the best features of our home & without distorting features (If you've been looking at homes for sale you know what I mean; the images taken with a lense to make rooms look bigger, hide imperfections, distorting images, etc. These pictures were perfectly lit, real size, beautiful & flattering images which also helps buyers see in person what they are expecting from images).I don't know Steven's magic tricks but he pulls them off! I've owned multiple homes in the past & never have I experienced such a fast & flawless experience.Only reccomendation I have for you, besides hiring Steven Peacock to sell your home, is get boxes & get to packing right away because he makes the process & sale so fast, & so seamless you'll be moving into your new home before you know it!
