ZillowVERIFIEDDeanna helped me sell my condo in Marion, IA. She had helped me buy the same condo in August 2017 as well. And also, I was fortunate that she helped me sell it too. She always comes prepared for the meetings with the correct set of data, numbers, multiple scenarios and a game plan. She checked in periodically to make sure all my questions were answered and if I needed any help at all for staging the home, which made the process that much more easier for me. I love her enthusiasm, great helping heart and she understands the stress one undergoes while listing a property for sale. She proposed an efficient sale process, arranged for the staging and photographs, gave me good and thoughtfully critical advice on finishing the house. I had an offer on the very first day of the listing. I can personally confirm any home buyer or seller is in really good hands with Deanna as their realtor. I can?t wait to work with her again.
ZillowVERIFIEDDeanna was amazing throughout the whole buying and selling process. We initially began with Deanna as just buyers, but were so happy with her services, my husband and I decided to list our home with Deanna as well after it spent months on the market as FSBO. After listing with Deannan we sold the house after only 2 days. Deanna really made us feel like we were valued customers. She listened to what our wants and needs were when looking for a new home and did all she could to help meet all of our requirements. Deanna spent many days and hours working with us to find the perfect home. When it came to actually putting in an offer, she was a great asset and advisor. I would highly recommend Deanna to any buyer or seller. She does amazing work, is extremely professional, and so easy to talk to and get along with. I even told my husband that the only bad thing about finding the perfect new home is that we wont get to see Deanna anymore!
ZillowVERIFIEDDeanna is very knowledgeable about the industry. She is very prompt and punctual. I was always in the drivers seat starting from selection of listings to closure. She is very kind, always has a smile on her face inspite of busy schedule and most important, she understands buyers needs so well. As a first time home buyer, she helped me every step of the way and made the whole process of buying home safe and easy. She is such a trust worthy realtor. She is honest, practical and transparent in all her communication. She answered all my trivial and important questions in person and in emails so promptly without any delay at all. Deanna also has best recommendations for local businesses to help out in home inspection and any repairs if need be. She is more than a realtor just doing her job, as a person, she connects with you so well and i can say with all the time spent in the due process that she is a great friend for lifetime. I would recommend Deanna any day, hands down. Deanna is The Realtor you want to work with.
ZillowVERIFIEDBy far, Deanna is the best realtor I have ever worked with. She was very prompt and professional. She went out of her way to accomodate my needs from day one. She also enjoyed getting to know me as a client. She was very knowledgeable about properties in the area and on buying/selling a home. I was pleased at how quickly she was able to sell my condo. She eliminated nearly all the stress of selling a home and moving. I definitely was in good hands!
