ZillowVERIFIED We have worked with Alicia a couple of times now on both the buying and selling side of the process. She has always been resourceful and helpful when it has come to odd questions even after the sale. Though we are moving out of her home area, We intend to keep her information handy should we need to come back to the Cedar Rapids/North Eastern Iowa area.

ZillowVERIFIED Alicia was great to work with! She was responsive and also very patient even when we took a long break from home shopping to reconsider our options. She helped us find the right home and was able to move fast once we made decisions. She was really fantastic through all the stages of making an offer, negotiating, inspections and closing. ZillowVERIFIED Alicia was an incredible agent and advocate. She provided detailed information on homes that met our very specific requests. Alicia responded promptly via phone and email. When our lender delayed the process, Alicia helped us connect with a local bank! Thank you Alicia!

ZillowVERIFIED Alicia is a very dedicated professional agent. She goes out of her way to help make the searching experience easy and beneficial. She is very good at listening to what you are looking for and not trying to push you into prices you are not comfortable with. She is the only agent we will use in the future.
