His video recording of the comparative market analysis was very helpful as we could re-watch parts of it when we had questions. He also discovered discrepancies between our condo's previous square footage sales listings and the actual square footage of our condo as listed on the assessor's website which allowed us to set a higher asking price and showed us that he had thoroughly researched our property. He was professional, punctual and communicated very well. We would highly recommend him to anyone selling property in Cedar Rapids!

ZillowVERIFIED I started working with JJ in 2020 to sell my mother's house after she passed away. JJ provided other properties in the area that were for sale (for comparison) and gave me an idea of how much we could ask for the house. He had some great ideas on how to create interest in the house. In August 2020, the derecho storm hit - so repairs were needed (and time-consuming). In late 2021, we were ready to sell, and JJ did a great job listing the house, including the write-up and photos, and was always responsive to my texts and emails. He was especially helpful in guiding me through the negotiations after we received an offer and getting us to the finish line (closing date in early January 2022)! I would absolutely recommend JJ to anyone who is selling their house!

ZillowVERIFIED I have only had the opportunity thruout my life to deal with just a handful of Real Estate Agents - I'm remembering 6. I have to say, with all honesty, JJ is the best of them. JJ was always there with answers when we had questions. JJ took the time to hear us out-always. I not once felt like he was pushy-wanting us to just pick something so he could make his commission,and move on to the next sale. We did-slightly put him through the ringer on our flip-flopping of a house we thought we wanted-but not once did I feel like we upset him. We really felt like he was concerned with how we felt. I'm not sure if I should mention this, but JJ even pitched in with a cost that we could not cover to make the deal go thru for us. JJ is a Professional, and most of all, a kind person.
