ZillowVERIFIEDKaren Knight is true go-getter and was so helpful in selling my mother's condo. She was strategic in helping list the property, helpful in many ways that truly went above and beyond any real estate agent that I have ever worked with. I live 2 hours away from the property and Karen would often check on the property to make sure everything was ok and let me know. She also helped with the closing process and worked to get the paperwork ready for me to sign when I was in town a few days before the closing. She often reminded me of things I may have forgotten to do and that was extremely helpful as well. Karen is a gem and true realtor for everyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Recently, Karen helped sell my 91 year old mothers life long home, and our experience with her was fantastic. Her kindness to my mother, her knowledge of the house preparation and selling process was second to none. A 5 star rating is not high enough. She is exceptional!

ZillowVERIFIED We chanced upon Karen Knight at an open house we wandered into. She was subbing for another realtor and she immediately made an impression; shes very personable and has a great sense of humor. We started to get serious about finding a place after that encounter, and now that were putting the finishing touches on our forever home, I can attest that everything you will read about her in these testimonials is true. Karen is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the home buying process, and she always kept us apprised of what to look for and avoid when choosing a home. We also appreciated her honest, forthright approach whenever an important decision was at hand. The homebuying process is filled with extremely important and complex decisions, and we couldnt have asked for a better guide and advocate. We are also very grateful for her patience and flexibility. She was always extremely responsive whenever we had questions or wanted to view a property. Karen is extremely hard working and proactive, and always found a way to make things happen for us. We cant say enough about how impressed weve been with Karens professionalism and ability. Weve personally witnessed just how passionate Karen is about her work, and we wholeheartedly recommend her services without hesitation.

ZillowVERIFIED Karen was great to work with from our first meeting to the closing. I trusted her advice on everything, it was always good advice, and the entire process was a breeze. Even when a glitch popped up at the last minute (which was nobodys fault) Karen took immediate action and did what needed to be done so the closing happened on time. Couldnt be happier. Thanks Karen!

ZillowVERIFIED In our experience with working with Karen, she did everything she could to help us with our homebuying experience. She gave helpful advice and suggestions on how to move forward as well as being understanding in what we wanted and helping us understand what we really wanted in a house. She was quick to respond to our messages and calls and was very pleasant to talk with. She was also very helpful with meeting us at many different houses in the area as well as out of the area we bought our house. Overall working with her was very pleasant and we will definitely seek her out should we ever need to buy another house.

ZillowVERIFIED Between the virus & derecho made the sale of my house & buying a condo very challenging. Karen Knight never gave up and put 110% effort to make this work. Finally got into my new condo, and papers signed for the sale of my house. Now I'm getting my moms house ready to sell. And went right back to Karen Knight to have her be my realtor......Thanks Karen for your hard work, your the best.

ZillowVERIFIED Karen was great to work with. She sold our home of 42 years after being on the market for only 2 days. We highly recommend her for your realtor needs. Thank you Karen!!

ZillowVERIFIED Karen helped walk me and my fiance, both in our 20s, through the process of buying our first home in Cedar Rapids. Karen was amazing throughout the whole process. We knew very little about the home buying process and Karen was always happy to answer our questions and provide advice. And she does so extremely promptly! We actually started with a different agent at a different brokerage and after feeling like that agent didn't make us a priority, we were randomly paired with Karen when reaching out to Coldwell Banker. We were so lucky to have Karen! We ended up putting in an offer on a Housing and Urban Development Foreclosure (gov't rather than bank-owned property). The process was very complicated but Karen worked hard to get all required paperwork completed quickly to keep the everything moving forward so that we got the house! She was also able to provide us with excellent suggestions for home inspectors/plumbers/pest inspectors/radon inspectors, etc. and she had a good working relationship with our lender at GreenState. I would highly recommend Karen to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Karen was the first realtor to call us after we started our search for a home and we are so blessed that she did. Karen quickly helped us to understand the home buying process. Set up viewings (five a day for several days until we found the place we liked) and really cared about what mattered to us. She is quick to respond to emails or messages, attentive, an artful negotiator and genuinely interested in serving the needs and wishes of her client. From start to finish our search to move in date took less than two months and thats very much thanks to Karen. After we moved in she gave us a call to check up on us which is more than can be said for most folks after theyve been paid to provide their service. We recommend Karen Knight at every opportunity. If you get the chance to work with her youll not be disappointed. Thank you, Karen. Josh and I couldnt be more pleased to have had you on our side!

ZillowVERIFIED We did not have a realtor as the person we would have used died of a heart attack. We really happened upon Karen and we fortunate to have her represent us our Condo purchase. She was very professional and we felt she had our interest in the selling of our house. She gave us suggestions but always reminded us it was our decision. It was a situation which we felt was well run from the very start with new purchase until final closing . She was always on time and willing to go the extra mile. We would highly recommend Karen and have already done so to some friends

ZillowVERIFIED Karen, is a true real estate professional. She'll tell you what you need to hear in a respectful but direct way regarding how to sell your home quickly and command the best price. To Karen's credit, our home was on the market at the onset of an Iowa winter season when home sales typically slow, and managed to get it sold in only 44 days! Amazing! Thank you Karen!

ZillowVERIFIED Karen is an excellent relator. We have worked with Karen for 4 yrs. She was our agent when we purchased first our home and helped us sold the same home when we decided to move out of state. Karen was very transparent and did her very best to make sure our home was sold at the right price. She went above and beyond contacting contractors and getting estimates for work that needed to be done. We could not be more pleased with Karen representing us!! She would be an excellent choice for anyone needing the assistance of a realtor! Karen is highly recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED We tried For Sale By Owner for two months, and didn't even get an offer. When we contacted Karen, she got right on it, gave us helpful suggestions, and put together a winning listing. Karen knew how to deal with other Realtors, negotiate with buyers, host open houses properly, and help navigate through the paperwork, inspections, and remedy requests. Karen got us two offers and sold the house in 30 days at a premium price, while reducing the stress for us. If we hadn't called her, we might still be there! Now, we're in our new home and the worries are over.

ZillowVERIFIED Karen was the representative realtor for both the buyer and seller when I bought my condo. I don't drive so when I needed to search for a lending company she came to my home, took me to two banks and met with the loan offers with me until I was approved for a loan that worked for me.

Karen was available whenI had questions and promptly returned my e-mail or phone call queries.
