Her reputation as an honest, highly experienced, and very knowledgeable agent was know all the way in AZ! After a phone conversation with her, when she asked about our family and what was important for us to find in a home in Cedar Rapids, we felt very confident that she would be fantastic to work with! We came to Cedar Rapids to house hunt for just a few days. Debra set up showings for the houses that were top of our list and met our aEURoemust havesaEUR?. As we went through the showings, she reminded us that she would be able to show us a house the following day, one day before it officially hit the market and she believed this house hit all our aEURoemust havesaEUR? and plenty of our aEURoelikesaEUR? as well. She was right! That house was the one! Moving from out of state was daunting, but Debra asked questions about what we wanted and gave us answers to questions we didnt even know we had!
