Luke Burt

I am the Lead Sales Agent for Top Tier Home Team. I work with active and prospective clients to assist them in each step of the real estate transaction and lead our sales team to ensure that all clients are taken care of with the best possible level of service. My daily activities include prospecting for and cultivating potential buyers and sellers and guiding them through the home buying/selling process. I determine clients' needs, show homes, host open houses, provide home valuations to prospective sellers, market listings, cooperate with lenders and vendors, and negotiate contracts. I am also the Director of Operations and Construction Specialist for Burt Homes, where I consult with buyers and sellers on home construction and renovation projects.
