We're thinking of selling our first house. What is the first thing we need to do? Do we need to prep the house before talking to a real estate agent?
We're selling our condo and got an offer for our asking price. An appraiser from another area said the value of our home was $10K less than the agreed upon offer price. We're in a city where home values are only increasing. Do we have any recourse with the appraiser and can we get it reappraised? Otherwise, what do we do?
The rental property that I'm living in now was sold to a new owner. The new owner wants to kick me out, remodel the unit, and re-rent the unit for a higher price. Is that legal?

Should a Realtor when asked by the Seller give the commission % they are asking for their services? Or is this a dishonest Realtor I'm dealing with? I thought this part was "Negotiation" ?!
