Can my agent legally offer to buy my house herself the day after I sign?

I signed a listing agreement last Tuesday after weeks of interviewing three different agents, finally picked one who seemed sharp and had great photos on her website. Wednesday morning, less than 24 hours later, she calls and offers to buy the house herself, cash, waiving her commission, for 60% of the price we agreed to list at. I said no immediately but now Im wondering if I can get out of the listing agreement entirely since this feels like a huge conflict of interest and I dont trust her anymore.

We toured a staged home where the patio set and the high-end refrigerator fit the space perfectly, and we would love to keep them as part of the deal. The realtor put a aerial shot of my house with my neighbors as they were in the process of putting up a fence. It looks like a construction zone.. I asked to repeat the lead to take it down and she won’t take it down. Also street view doesn’t match. It’s from old pictures of 2022.
