in this market ANY time is. GOOD time -- Putting a plan together that is important for your schedule and making it happen. Does your home look and smell fresh? When you neighborhood has a lack of listings will help you as well.

Inventory has been limited for the last 2 years. I do not believe you need to wait until the Spring time. Buyer are looking to purchase properties all year around. A very serious buyer will come out because they truly need a home no matter with time of year; summer, winter, spring or fall. As a matter of fact, not selling in the Spring should reduce the amount of competition with other listings. Just basing my opinion on prior Client Listing experiences. Wish you well and hope helpful. Hi Rhonda, It is common to want to sell a home during Spring. Something you might consider is listing a little sooner to beat the rush of homes on the market. This will mean less competition for your home sale and sometimes a faster sale too. Interest rates are expected to rise as the year progresses and this could put downward pressure on the price of homes in markets all around the country. I hope this is helpful to you and best of luck on your home sale!
