Trempealeau County should have history of building permits that were pulled, and it should provide the answer. At a minimum it will tell you who pulled building, plumbing, electrical and HVAC permits
If you live in a subdivision, you can go to the property owners association & see if they have records of building permits filed when it was initially built as well as the city if you live within the city limits. OR Call some local builders & see if they know or have records on it... or ask a neighbor who has been living there forever.. nosey neighbors can be helpful.. sometimes. LOL I hope that helps. Tax records or assessor records will show that info. Get on Google, run your county and state "Blablah county, State assessor office". That's give you a list, then you can run your home by name or address and the list of transfer will be found.
