We want to get the best possible price for our house and limit any complications. When is the best time to sell?
I have been on the market for 3 weeks now and have had a lot of showings but not offers. I fixed it up. We dropped the price last week but still nothing. I don't know what else to do.

Hello, my name is Gill and I want to list my house but I know that real estate is changing and want to know if it is better to list low and hope that I get a lot of interest or if I should list it high and expect that I will come down to get it sold. I want a fair price but I don't want it to sit on the market for a long time as I have a place to move to. Thank you Gill

We're selling our condo and got an offer for our asking price. An appraiser from another area said the value of our home was $10K less than the agreed upon offer price. We're in a city where home values are only increasing. Do we have any recourse with the appraiser and can we get it reappraised? Otherwise, what do we do?
