What should I pay attention to when touring a home?
When I go to open houses or private showings, I tend to focus on how the home looks. What are some important things buyers should pay attention to during a showing that are easy to miss?
Possible development behind house?
I'm interested in a home that has a large green space behind it. It is one of the selling points. But i'm not sure if it will always be green space and who owns it or what is planned for it. I don't know how to figure out the address or how to search it in the county website. How can i find out?

I don't want to pay the tax you pay if you put less than 20% down on a house but I don't have enough - can i borrow that money? Can i just have it rolled up into my mortgage or take out a different loan to cover the 20%?

The house of my dreams is for sale and has been on the market for 6 months. I finally went to see it and I want to buy it but I think the reason it has been on the market for so long is because it has a cracked foundation. They are selling as is. Buy a mobile home?
I can't afford a house right now but I want my own place. I found a great deal on a mobile home but i'm nto sure about selling it again if i ever get the money. This would help me move out of my parents place and get me closer to work. are mobile homes hard to resell? are there agents who help sell and list mobile homes?
Do I have to do anything special to move out of state?
