She is well-connected and got a significant amount of listings before they came out which is a huge advantage given today's market. She was vigilant in getting us viewings early for each of the properties she showed us which is key when communicating with the listing agent. When it came time to close the deal, she was able to leverage her relationships in the market which gave us an advantage amongst the multiple bids there were on the house. Additionally, she is a contractor and was able to tell us exactly how much work and budget it would require to do specific renovations. When it came time for us to renovate our home it was a no-brainer for us to bring Dana in the picture to manage the process. She took on the full project which included bringing in the workers, getting the permits and advising us on whatever needed to get done. She hustled to get all the work done in a confined amount of time and took a great deal of stress off of us as we transitioned into our new home. I cannot recommend her enough- she is fantastic on all fronts!
