At times I thought this would never happen, however they persisted throughout the process of the certificate of occupancy with correct smoke alarms and fire extinguishers and even correct paperwork for that purpose.Perspective buyers were at times a bit hard to deal with with particulars in the sale, but Maureen and Bill got the best deal for me they could.
