ZillowVERIFIED We first met Emily at an open house she was showing. We had another agent at the time, but when he wasnt very responsive we contacted Emily. Emily is the most professional, patient, responsive, and hardworking real estate professional. While we didnt end up buying a home due to a sudden work relocation, we cant recommend her highly enough! As a younger couple looking to purchase a house, she gave us her honest opinion on whether the condo/house/townhouse would be a good investment for us, never pressured us to make an offer that didnt make sense, and was very knowledgeable about the Northern New Jersey (and the convenience to NYC). She gave us recommendations on areas and condos/houses that would be good in terms of short or long term investments. She was very proactive on setting up places for us look at even in terms of better understanding the market rather than just trying to sell to us especially because we werent exactly sure starting out what we were looking for. Shes also very knowledgeable about renovation costs and ideas for fixer uppers and property management if you decide to go that route too!
