She is very reliable, trustworthy, very bright and not to mention she has clearly built a reputable name for herself. She is truly the full package, I will certainly recommend her to my friends and family members. Long review - I will do my best to keep this review as short as possible. I would like start by mentioning that I am a very selective person when it comes to purchasing anything. I always read a bunch of reviews whether it?d be an expensive or inexpensive product. That being said, I believe an agent is an important role for your house purchase. It all started Jan 2017 when my wife and I decided to buy a home. Just like most of us, we started looking on Zillow and Trulia. After about a month later we saw an ad on Zillow for a home that caught our attention, my wife and I really wanted to view this home. However, as first-time home buyer?s we didn?t know where to start. And so we decided to email the ad through the app and hopefully speak with an agent. Well sure enough an agent contacted us and we set-up a meeting with him to view the house. A couple of days later, we realized this agent was just not a good fit for us. We then searched for another agent that had presumably good reviews. However, after a couple of weeks later we stopped working together. Truthfully we had lost hope at this point. We didn?t realize how hard it would be to find a solid well-rounded agent. Then as luck would have it, my wife and I were driving around town and we saw a house with a for sale sign. I figured I?d call the number listed and that?s when I first spoke to Robin. We immediately ?clicked because she seemed bright and knowledgeable right from the start. I was comfortable to ask her as many questions as possible. I was comfortable to view many houses and simply say I don?t like it. She was very patient, organized, extremely intelligent and above all very professional. She worked around my schedule and she always responded to my calls or texts. Then, around September of that same year we submitted an offer and we got as far as being in attorney review. Unfortunately, due to personal reasons my wife and I could not go forward with the process at that time. I thought to myself ?we spent so much time looking for a home and I completely wasted her time?. That same day I called Robin to explain the situation to her. Of course, she was not upset, mad, bothered, annoyed or even had the slightest bad vibe towards me. Instead, she was very positive. Fast forward a couple of months, we were still in contact and my wife and I were once again ready to start looking. After viewing multiple houses, we finally found our ideal home around March of 2018 and after having many talks with Robin we submitted an offer. Our offer was accepted and once again we went under contract. During this entire process, Robin was helping me move forward. Obviously, a closing isn?t perfect there will be a lot of back-and-forth things (which the lawyers should handle). However, if at any moment you need your realtor to step up for you, advocate for you or simply give you their honest thoughts, opinion or professional advice ? believe me she will. Ultimately, a few months later we closed on our home and we couldn?t be any happier. This was a great experience, one that I will forever remember and Robin really contributed to that. I hope my story can really reflect Robin?s strengths as a realtor. The bottom line is that you need a realtor who is honest, trustworthy, patient, reliable and of course that has many years of experience. You need the kind of realtor that puts their client?s needs first, someone who doesn?t just hear you but also listens to you. The purpose of this review is not to persuade you to contact her but to give you an honest review about her and hope that it helps you the future home buyer?s. Good luck!
