A highly competitive housing market left us exhausted and unsuccessful in trying to find a house while working with another realtor. Highly recommended! We were attempting to find a home on our own and became overwhelmed by the documentation when it came time to make an offer. We had contacted attorneys to close the deal but were unimpressed with the level of service we received. We reached out to Garrett and immediately began to feel some stress relief.
