As with new construction, there were plenty of delays and set backs. Carrie kept us up to date every step of the way and was pro-active in rectifying any issues that came up with the builder. Even after our home closed, Carrie continued to follow up with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Her quick response time and availability to answer all of our questions were assets in what could be a stressful process. Our current home that is listed is a specialty property and has its own challenges in an uncertain housing market.
