ZillowVERIFIED Simply put, after buying and selling multiple homes over the past 40-years, without question, Lori Lewandowski is the best Real Estate Agent I've ever had he privilege to work with when it came to selling our home this past fall. Her local knowledge of the area/market complimented by her outstanding customer service skills made selling our home a breeze. I was extremely impressed with her immediate attention to detail when it came to getting our home listed. She took immediate steps to bring in a professional photographer to build both a pictorial spread of our home along with a first rate video, both of which I believe where instrumental thru online viewing (she uses multiple media websites) in attracting the right buyers for our home. Within the first 2-days of our listing, we had 4-offers! Of special note: during the appraisal process, with Lori's years of experience and knowledge of the local market, she put together a very thorough "comp package" assessing the value of our home as compared to other homes that had recently sold. In my opinion, there is no question the extensive package she put together for the Appraiser, played a significant role in helping us get top dollar for our home! To her credit, when I handed the Appraiser the package Lori had prepared, he commented; "you've got an excellent Agent, many of the newer Agents never brother to go to this level of detail...". Lastly, Lori is one of the most friendly, approachable, down to earth individuals you'll have the opportunity to meet. ZillowVERIFIED Lori Lewandowski is the most committed responsive agent I have ever met. Coming into real estate as an investor I fired them as fast as I hired them. But Lori was different. Never once has she not returned a call within an hours time frame. She juggles hundreds of clients but you would think you were her only client. There's a difference in agents, ones that love there job for the money and ones that love there jobs to make sure people are getting the best deals with great service. Lori could be commissioning $30,000 on a deal if she sold you a piece of crap home but instead she would detour you from buying it even if she found you something with only making a $3000 commission. She truly has her clients best interest at heart and really follows the rules and regulations of real estate. If I had to choose an agent Again I would choose her 100 times over. VIEW HOMES WITH LORI. She's very attentive and really listens to what the buyer or seller is looking for.
