Moved from out of state to the local area in March of 2021. Amy knew the local areas and helped steer us to available homes, similar to our current home. Her knowledge and experience helped us understand local home prices, preferred school districts, and state laws. She helped us skillfully negotiate with the buyers agent and we closed on our new home without any hiccups! Any made our home selling experience easy and effortless. She was honest about the upgrades we wanted to do that would bring value also the ones that wouldnt. She devised a plan to have several open houses and then wed review offers and it all worked beautifully. 8 offers in 5 days and were all either over asking or cash. Besides the multiple offers, Amy was easy to get ahold of and answered our questions with ease. Shes from Olympia and knows this area and how to treat the people. You cannot go wrong with Amy.
